Introduction: Henan Yuzhou 50MW PV project was officially started in mid-April of 2016. After more than 80 days of intense work, it successfully connected to the grid on 30th June, and ob tained the 2016 PV registration index. Compared with the same a mount of thermal power, the accomplishment and operation of Yuzhou 50MW PV station, can sav e 53.35 million kWh and 170,000 tons of standard coal per year. It can also save a lot of fresh water resources. It has obvious social and environmental benefits, which is conducive to Henan's adjustment of energy structure and implementation of sustainable energy development.
